The Charity is governed by a Charity Commission Scheme for Almshouses. There is a Board of seven trustees (with one vacancy) serving in a voluntary capacity, three of whom are ministers of the United Reformed Church, with the others being lay members, the majority of whom are linked to local churches, including the Point-in-View congregation itself.

In addition the Charity is served by a volunteer Clerk/ Treasurer who administers the business of the Trust.
